Survey- Google Forms

I decided to do my survey on Cold Stone Ice Cream, being a big ice cream person I was interested in seeing and viewing what people feel about Cold Stone. Coming from a town with a lot of options, Cold Stone seems to always have the most customers yet they are the most expensive, so I created a survey to see what exactly people love, like or hate about the ice cream that is known as the "best!" So myself and my brother were the first to answer the survey, so any further insight to the ice cream extravaganza, please feel free to put your experience in so I can see what the true meaning is behind the Cold Stone ice cream.

Overall, I really enjoyed this tool and find it to be useful for when conducting surveys, quizzes and questionnaires. The site was very easy to maneuver and pick what exactly you wanted your survey to look like. I did hope there would be more options for the templates, I tried to retrieve my own but could figure out how to download my own template, so I resorted to what I felt would be a catchy survey template. If anyone was able to construct their own template, please let me know how you did it.
